Johnson Controls ADT is seeking a Customer Solutions Technician to install and commission intruder alarms, CCTV, doorbell and access control systems at residential premises across the UK. You will train, earn a basic salary plus incentives and be provided with a company van, uniform and tools.

You will deliver a high standard of customer service, solve problems on-site, and build lasting relationships while promoting the Johnson Controls brand values.

Qualifications

Full UK manual driving licence.
Ability to climb ladders and work at height.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Reliable, self-motivated, able to work alone or in a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiar with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
Security check will be performed if offered.

Responsibilities

Install and commission security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, doorbell) at residential premises.
Provide high-quality customer service and build customer relationships.
Identify sales opportunities and promote the brand during visits.
Maintain accurate mileage, expenses records and timesheets.
Be adaptable and undertake reasonable duties as directed by line manager.
