Johnson Controls is seeking Field-based Customer Solutions Technicians to install intruder alarms, CCTV, doorbells and access control at residential sites. You will receive full paid training, a company van, tools, a uniform and a competitive incentive scheme while building a career in the security industry.

Applicants should hold a Full UK manual driving license, be able to work at height, use hand and power tools safely, and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, doorbell, access control) at residential premises.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and identify sales opportunities during visits.
• Maintain records, mileage, expenses, and timesheets; follow safety and disposal guidelines.
