We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our fantastic company!

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us

Responsibilities

• Visit the top 4 grocery retailers, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to add value to the store.
• Negotiate with decision-makers to increase distribution, availability, and sales, and gain extra space where possible.
• Identify problems, opportunities, and gather competitor intelligence in-store.
• Follow Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional and effective calls within every sales outlet.
• Accurately record all information using our bespoke tablets and Drive software system.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated by results and passionate about building brand awareness.
