Job Opportunity: Field Sales Representatives at Virgin Media O2

Join our team as a Field Sales Representative and be the face of our brand, delivering excellent service and selling our innovative products to new customers in your area.

Salary (OTE included): £25,000-£45,000 per year

We offer full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

1. Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep, providing information about our products and services.
2. Engage in quality conversations to understand customer needs and promote our offerings.
3. Achieve sales targets in a target-driven environment.

Training and Hours

Initial training lasts 3 weeks, with attendance required at the office between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This includes self-led learning and in-office induction. Work hours in the field are between 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Requirements

• A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
• Enjoy spending time outdoors and possess a positive, winning attitude.
• Self-motivated to meet sales targets, able to handle objections, and resilient to rejections.

• Basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time), with top advisors earning £50k - £70k including uncapped commission.
