Job summary

Acosta Europe is looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover Gloucester, Cheltenham and Swindon territory. You will be on the front line, building relationships with in-store decision makers and driving availability for Red Bull Impulse.

Role focuses on winning prime space, maximizing visibility, and executing high-impact merchandising across designated stores with autonomy to manage your patch. Previous field sales or FMCG experience is a plus, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or field sales is a plus but not essential.
• Strong in-person selling and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Using data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit.
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight.
