Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Striker) to cover the Gloucester territory centred around Gloucester, Cheltenham and Swindon. You will own relationships with key store decision makers and drive availability and visibility for Red Bull Impulse in stores.

You will be on the front line, building relationships, driving sales, and reporting insights. A driving licence and field sales mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual driving licence is required.
• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with in-store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including secondary displays.
• Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spot gaps and maximise every visit.
• Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
• Be competitive and rewarded for top performance.
