Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Striker) to own a Gloucester-based territory across Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester and Swindon. You will build relationships with in-store decision makers, drive availability and executes promotions to boost performance.

Role offers permanent contract, a salary of £28,796 per year plus a 12% performance bonus, company vehicle, fuel card and provided tech, with autonomy to outperform and progress through a dynamic impulse team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with in-store decision makers.
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including secondary displays.
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Using data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit.
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight.
• Competing to be the best and earning rewards.
