Acosta Europe is recruiting a Field Sales Representative (Striker) to cover Gloucester, Cheltenham & Swindon territory within the Red Bull Impulse network. You will own relationships with key in-store decision makers and drive availability, promotions and shelving to maximise sales in partner retailers.

The role emphasizes in-person selling, data-driven prioritisation and delivering measurable growth. A full UK driving licence is required and a company vehicle is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Target-driven, competitive and resilient.
• Confident talking to store staff and managers.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Tech-savvy with ability to report activity.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus.
