Job summary

SumUp is seeking an entrepreneurial Field Sales Partner to build your own regional business within the UK using SumUp’s fintech suite. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped upfront commissions and recurring revenue, with the potential for six-figure earnings in your first year as your portfolio grows.

You’ll train extensively, then manage your own diary and territory, driving new merchant sign-ups and onboarding with ongoing coaching from field sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record in field sales or B2B sales environments.
• Hunter mindset with comfort approaching new prospects and handling objections.
• Financial resilience to bridge an initial pipeline-building phase before residuals accumulate.
• Self-discipline to operate entirely self-directed without daily supervision.
• Understand recurring revenue models and value of a long-term asset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs every day through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling by analysing each merchant's current payment setup and pain points.
• Own your designated territory while freely generating business anywhere in the UK and manage CRM.
• Create at least three real sales conversations daily and convert them into 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly.
• Become the recognised payments expert within your local business community.
