Job summary

SumUp is seeking a self-employed Field Sales Partner to build your own business with a leading fintech brand. This is a 100% commission role with upfront and recurring incentives designed to scale as you acquire merchants across the UK.

You’ll start with a week of full-time training, then continue with coaching as you grow your portfolio. Ambitious partners routinely reach six figures and beyond through recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Ability to operate as a self-employed sales professional with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and value of long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs daily through face-to-face visits and outreach.
• Sell SumUp’s ecosystem and onboard merchants across the UK.
• Own your territory, manage CRM, and convert conversations to partnerships.
• Develop relationships and become the local payments expert in your community.
• Build a scalable pipeline and achieve 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly.
