Job summary

Briggs Equipment is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Cambridge to lead the regional sales team, coach field staff, and support the Regional Sales Manager with territory plans to drive revenue. The role involves managing an account portfolio, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring timely quotations and orders.

You will use CRM and other systems to maintain records, generate quotations, and provide market insights.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct sales with meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Comfort with IT tools and data-driven selling approaches.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Team with coaching and in-field support.
• Help Regional Sales Manager create bespoke territory plans and drive revenue.
• Manage a small portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and orders in line with processes.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
