A leading healthcare company in the UK is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with independent pharmacies. This field-based role covers regions including Humber, Notts, and South Yorkshire, focusing on account management and sales strategies. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the pharmacy industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A valid UK driving license and residency within the region are required.
Due to internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Field Sales Manager to join our team. The purpose of this role is to grow the sales volume, value and margin of their Region ahead of the market, delivering / exceeding defined targets & KPI’s. This will be achieved through developing strong and trusted relationships with independent pharmacy contractors and decision makers, growing spend across product categories. The role will represent our Bestway Healthcare brands : Lexon, Wardles, and Lexon specials. The role is Field based covering the Humber, Notts, South Yorkshire. Core activities include Account management, prospecting new business, relationship management, customer negotiations and account reviews.
