Job description

Fusion People Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to join our UK client as a Field Sales Manager, covering the South West of England, for the sale of capital equipment. This is a field-based role primarily responsible for account management and direct sales within the region. Candidates should have some knowledge of capital equipment or machinery.

Job Details:
  • Position: Field Sales Manager
  • Location: South West of England, centered around Bath
  • Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + OTE + Car
  • Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Benefits: Pension scheme
Primary Duties:
  1. Identify key accounts and develop relationships to grow business.
  2. Utilize existing database to identify new sales opportunities within current customers.
  3. Proactively network to identify new potential customers.
  4. Sell aftermarket products proactively to all customers.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Several years of field-based sales experience.
  • Knowledge of capital equipment or machinery industry.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
