Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Fusion People Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join our UK client as a Field Sales Manager, covering the South West of England, with a focus on Bath. This role involves the sale of capital equipment and is primarily field-based, with responsibilities including account management and direct sales within the region. Candidates should have some knowledge of capital equipment or machinery.

Job Details:
  • Location: South West of England, centered around Bath
  • Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + OTE + Car
  • Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
  • Benefits: Pension scheme
Primary Duties:
  1. Identify key accounts and develop relationships to grow the business.
  2. Utilize existing database to identify new sales opportunities within current customers.
  3. Proactively network to identify new potential customers.
  4. Sell aftermarket products to all customers.
Candidate Specification:
  • Several years of field-based sales experience.
  • Knowledge of capital equipment or machinery industry.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
