Fusion People Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with proven ability to join our UK client as a Field Sales Manager. The role covers the South West of England, focusing on the sale of capital equipment. It is a field-based position with primary responsibilities including account management and direct sales within the North of England. Knowledge of capital equipment or machinery is preferred.

Job Details

• Location: South West of England, centered around Bath
• Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + OTE + Car
• Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
• Benefits: Pension scheme

Primary Duties

1. Identify key accounts and develop relationships to grow business.
2. Utilize existing database to identify new sales opportunities within current customers.
3. Proactively network to find new potential customers.
4. Sell aftermarket products to all customers proactively.
