About The Role

We're seeking a confident, talented leader to join our team reporting to the Professional Hygiene Commercial Director.

Our Professional Hygiene business unit is on an exciting, transformational journey towards shaping the future of the category. Our goal is to better serve customer needs by leveraging digital technology, analytics, and a differentiated omnichannel approach. This requires new thinking, capabilities, and approaches to bridge current activities with emerging ones needed to succeed tomorrow.

This is a remote role, based anywhere in the UK.

What You Will Do

As an Omni Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Ecommerce and Omni Channel strategy within Professional Hygiene, driving market growth. You will devise and implement the strategy and lead the team to deliver on it. You will also play a key role in upskilling the workforce during our digital transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, directing, and developing the sales team for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, including feedback and development.
  • Driving the Omni Channel approach within UK&I and transferring knowledge and skills to peers and team.
  • Translating local business plans into strong joint Omni Channel strategies.
  • Preparing sales forecasts and budgets; monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs; identifying issues and opportunities, and adapting procedures.
  • Negotiating contracts with existing and new strategic customers from an Omni channel perspective.
  • Contributing to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies.
  • Managing customer profitability.
  • Gathering and sharing market development insights, customer needs, and competitor activities with internal stakeholders.

You are a confident, experienced Sales Manager with extensive FMCG background and proven experience in digital transformation initiatives within Ecommerce and Omni Channel. You are highly motivated, success-driven, and eager to advance your career within a reputable global FMCG company.
