Job Title: UK Sales Manager – (New Business Focus)

Location: Remote

Reports to: CEO

Salary: Competitive + Commission + Benefits

Safedine is a pioneering platform transforming the way the hospitality, travel, and events industries approach allergy safety. From intelligent allergen profiling to Green Badge training and certification, we give businesses the tools to offer safer, more transparent dining and service experiences. As we launch our platform into the UK market, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead new business development efforts and drive revenue growth.

Role Overview:

This is a pure new business role. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new customers across hospitality, restaurants, events, and travel sectors. Backed by our in-house marketing team and a powerful HubSpot CRM, you’ll build a healthy pipeline, deliver impactful sales pitches, and close high-value deals that bring the Safedine platform into top-tier venues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing new business.
  • Target restaurants, hospitality groups, event venues, and travel-related businesses.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person events or trade shows.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise outbound campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product and leadership teams on market trends and customer needs.
  • Represent Safedine at trade events, expos, and industry networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within hospitality tech, SaaS, or a start-up/scale-up environment.
  • A strong hunter mindset – confident in cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.
  • Experience managing a CRM pipeline – ideally HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, food safety, or customer experience is a bonus.
