Job summary

Sykes Cottages is seeking a Field Based Sales Manager to coach and develop our nationwide network of self-employed Property Consultants. You will drive growth in owner acquisition, improve conversion, and deliver strong commercial results from our Chester HQ with nationwide travel.

You'll lead a UK-wide team, analyze pipelines, support negotiations, and build referral networks while leveraging data, technology and AI to raise performance.

• Proven track record of improving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a UK-wide network of Property Consultants.
• Drive sales performance, conversion and owner acquisition.

• Support negotiations and overcome sales obstacles.
• Build referral networks and generate new leads.
• Use data, technology and AI to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Data teams to shape the sales journey.
