Sky UK is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive TV and Communications sales across a defined UK territory. The role is field-based with a company electric vehicle and a focus on new business, multi-product penetration, and delivering value through ROI-focused conversations.

You will manage your pipeline in Salesforce, hit quarterly targets, and develop strong customer relationships across DIA, BB and Mobile, while upholding Sky values.

Competenze

• Proven face-to-face sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with confidence selling on value.
• Experience with DIA, BB or Mobile sales is desirable.
• Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Drive profitable growth across TV and Communications within a defined territory.
• Win new customers, grow multi-product penetration, and deliver ROI.
• Achieve TV and Communications sales targets (quarterly and annual).
• Identify and convert multi-product opportunities across TV, Stream and Connectivity (DIA, BB, SIMO, CV).
• Manage a defined territory with end-to-end selling accountability.
• Conduct high-quality, value-based conversations aligned to Sky sales structure (PITCH).
• Maintain accurate updates in Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasting.
• Understand installation, supply chain and commercial considerations to manage customer journey.
• Role-model Sky Values by acting with integrity, inclusivity and accountability.
