Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in the UK is seeking a Senior Field Account Executive to own the Glasgow/Edinburgh territory. This is a genuine field sales role, spending your time in the market meeting hospitality owners and operators, developing relationships and building a strong pipeline.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, with outbound activity, local market engagement and product demonstrations that connect technology to real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience, ideally SaaS/tech or hospitality.
• Proven success winning new business.
• Comfortable meeting customers and prospects in person.
• Experience managing a territory and building a pipeline from scratch.
• Confident selling to owners, operators and senior stakeholders.
• Target-driven and self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities.
• Spend significant time face-to-face with hospitality businesses, building relationships with owners and senior decision makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and local market engagement.
• Understand the hospitality market and identify where the strongest commercial opportunities exist.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, connecting technology to genuine business outcomes.
• Represent the business at hospitality events and within the local market.
• Take ownership of your territory, pipeline and revenue performance.
