Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the Sheffield area, driving growth for iconic brands like Cadbury, Oreo and Toblerone. You will build strong relationships with independent and symbol retailers, maximise shelf presence and lead promotions.

The role involves delivering field KPIs, reporting activities, and working a Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive salary and bi-annual bonus. A company car and mobile tech are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/CPG or similar sales environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and perseverance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz brands (Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone) into Independent and Symbol retailers.
• Optimise shelf presence via merchandising and visual impact.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and place POS materials.
• Report on activities and monitor KPIs to meet annual objectives.
• Drive field performance and contribute to business growth.
