Job summary

Mondelēz International in Kent is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive growth with our Cadbury, Oreo and Toblerone brands across Independent and Symbol retailers. You will optimise shelf availability, execute promotions and strengthen relationships with local retailers.

The role offers a permanent contract, a 6-month probation, a 9:00-17:30 schedule, and a company car. A competitive salary with a bi-annual bonus, pension scheme, life assurance and staff discounts complete the package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with up to 3 points; commuting within 45 minutes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell our market-leading brands into Independent and Symbol retailers regularly.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Oversee point-of-buy materials placement and execution.
• Report on activities and outcomes.
• Deliver field KPIs and hit annual objectives.
