Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the Gillingham, Sittingbourne area in Kent. You will build relationships with independent retailers, drive promotions, and maximise shelf presence for iconic brands like Cadbury, Oreo and Toblerone.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, reporting, and achieving annual KPIs. The position offers a permanent contract with a 6-month probation, a Monday–Friday schedule, a company car, and a competitive salary with a bi-annual

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities
• Perseverance and attention to detail
• Driver’s license essential with up to 3 points
• Comfort with driving automatic or manual vehicle

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz brands into independent and Symbol retailers regularly
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising
• Implement and monitor promotions and promotional activities
• Place and execute point-of-purchase material
• Report on activities and outcomes
• Meet field KPI targets and yearly objectives
