Mondelèz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to support retailers in the Birmingham area. You will drive sales for Cadbury, Oreo, and other brands, focusing on promotions, merchandising, and building strong retailer relationships.

The role requires field sales experience, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. A permanent contract with a 6-month probation period and a competitive salary with a bi-annual bonus are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience preferred in FMCG/CPG but other fields considered.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Driver’s license essential with up to 3 points; comfortable with auto/manual vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Selling Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts, Oreo into Independent and Symbol retailers.
• Maximise visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotions.
• Place and implement point-of-buy materials.
