Mondelez International Inc. in the UK is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive growth for Cadbury, Oreo and more. You will build strong relationships with independent and symbol retailers, optimise shelf presence and run promotions.

You’ll be responsible for delivering field KPIs, reporting activities, and achieving annual objectives, with a 6-month probation and a competitive salary plus a bi-annual bonus. Company car and tech provided.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience – preferably in FMCG/CPG but we will consider other fields.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Perseverance and attention to details.
• A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points.

• Selling our market-leading brands Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts and Oreo (plus many more) into Independent and Symbol retailers on a regular basis.
• Ensuringa maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implementing and monitor promotionalactivities.
• Pointof buying materials placement and implementation.
• Reporting on activities.
• Delivering the field KPI’s and hit your annual objectives
