Job summary

Hilti Great Britain is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the construction sector. You will visit customers and sites across your defined territory, building strong relationships and generating ongoing sales opportunities.

You’ll plan and manage your pipeline with support from Hilti’s tools and training, stay informed on product trends, and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to every interaction with stakeholders from Site Operators to Managing Directors.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Resilience and adaptability, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A solution-oriented approach, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and present tailored, value-driven solutions.
• A natural drive, curiosity, and self-motivation to succeed, learn, and grow.
• UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations and construction sites across your territory - Monday to Friday. Engage with current, new, and returning customers to build strong relationships, generating leads and conducting sales every day.
• Plan your pipeline proactively, combining proven approaches with creative thinking to uncover new opportunities—supported by our advanced tools and training.
• Stay informed on products and market trends to bring a positive, solution-focused mindset to every customer interaction.
