Job summary

Hilti Great Britain is seeking an experienced Specialist Sales Account Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction in the Building Envelope sector. The role covers Cambridge, Essex, Romford and surrounding areas, with a Monday–Friday field-based schedule visiting construction sites and customers.

You will build lasting partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and manage a sales pipeline using Hilti’s tools and training to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions across façades

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Resilience and adaptability across stakeholder levels.
• Solution-oriented mindset for Building Envelope applications.
• Self-motivation and eagerness to grow expertise.
• UK driving license with up to six points.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations and construction sites across your territory Monday–Friday.
• Build long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities to grow territory.
• Plan and manage your pipeline using advanced tools and training to uncover Building Envelope opportunities.
• Stay informed on products, applications, and market trends across façades, fire protection, roofing, and envelopes.
