Hilti Great Britain is seeking a field-based Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the construction sector in the Newcastle area. You’ll visit customers daily, position productivity-enhancing solutions, and build lasting relationships on site.

Hilti's direct B2B approach, training, and tools will support you to uncover opportunities, manage your pipeline, and contribute to safety and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Proven customer facing sales experience, ideally in construction.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong resilience and adaptability with stakeholder engagement.
• Solution-oriented, able to uncover pain points and tailor solutions.
• Natural drive, curiosity and self-motivation to learn and grow.
• Full, manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points.

Responsabilités

• Visit customer locations and construction sites every day, Monday to Friday, engaging current, new, and returning customers and build strong relationships.
• Build and execute your pipeline proactively, combining proven approaches with creative thinking to uncover new opportunities—supported by our advanced tools and training.
• Stay informed on products and market trends to bring a positive, solution-focused mindset to every customer interaction.
