Job summary

Scottish Water is seeking a self-motivated Field Response Network Service Operative to join the Grampian North and Moray area. You’ll respond to customer enquiries, make quick, well‑judged decisions to resolve issues, and help protect the quality and integrity of our water network.

Using modern leak detection equipment, you’ll support fast fault finding, work safely and in line with DOMS policies and the hygiene code of practice, and communicate clearly to keep disruption to a minimum in a

Qualifications

• Understanding of HAUC specifications and health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of water and sewer hygiene codes.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle queries and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Flexible to standby rota; 365 days coverage.
