Job summary

Scottish Water is seeking a self-motivated Field Response Network Service Operative to join our Aberdeenshire team. You will respond to customer inquiries, make prompt decisions, and help protect the water network and assets in a fast-paced field environment.

Using leak detection equipment you will support fault finding and repairs, work safely under DOMS and hygiene codes, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• HAUC reinstatement standards knowledge and Health & Safety requirements.
• Clear communication, good reporting, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to participate in standby rota and cover 365 days a year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Assist in leak detection, fault finding and repairs using appropriate equipment.
• Work safely, follow DOMS and hygiene codes, and coordinate with internal/external teams.
