Job summary

Hager Group in the United Kingdom (Telford) seeks a Pre-Post-Sales Support - Technician to join the Sales team. Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• Full UK driving licence
• ECS Card (Electrical Certification Scheme)
• Experience working in a site environment
• Eager to learn and develop professionally
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical support for customer projects across the UK, including commissioning, testing, fault diagnosis and installation support.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate, feeding customer insights to improve products, services and support.
• Provide professional remote technical support for Hager's electrical product portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales teams, contractors, consultants and customers on specification and solution development.
• Develop and maintain advanced technical expertise in Hager products, standards and emerging technologies.
• Serve as a recognised subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues and building technical capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing field insights and driving product/service enhancements.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive problem-solving.
