Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification required.
• Full UK driving licence and an ECS Card are essential.
• Experience working in a site environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical support for customer projects across the UK, including commissioning and fault diagnosis.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, feeding insights to improve products and services.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for electrical products and tools.
• Collaborate with sales, contractors and customers on specification development.
• Develop technical expertise through ongoing training and professional development.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to build technical capability.
