Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood invites a Placement Year student to gain hands-on experience across several projects from day one, while learning about how a global automotive business operates. You will engage with our international dealer network and participate in cost and quality analysis activities.
The role requires pursuing a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business/Finance, or related STEM field), strong communication, and a passion for the automotive sector.

This role will ensure the student will have a hands‑on experience with several projects from day one, while gaining practical insight into how an international corporate business functions. This role will also allow the student to interact with and support our global dealer network whilst also gaining experience with operations such as global cost analysis.
To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.
