Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood in West Sussex seeks a Vehicle Quality Specialist as part of a 2-year Graduate Programme commencing September 2027. You will validate and process quality deviation reports from production and early warranty, and manage vehicle quality targets for series production while representing the plant in quality projects.

Qualifications

• Studying a bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering or relevant course.
• Extensive PC skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, SharePoint, Power BI etc).

Responsibilities

• Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer-term projects.
• Supporting with the plant problem management process and coordination of new model topics.
• Supporting the implementation of quality-related processes to ensure product improvement.
• Support, analysis and implementation of quality improvements.
• Support with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting.
