Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites you to join the Supply Chain Quality team as a two-year graduate placement. You will own key daily activities, manage supplier relationships and gain insight into global logistics within an international group.

You’ll learn through hands-on experiences across supplier evaluations, 8D and complaint reporting, with opportunities for an international placement and a pathway to a career in quality management within the BMW Group.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 2:2 or above required.
• Interest in digitalisation and IT systems.
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Collaborative team player with project management ability.

Mansioni

• Coordinate focused escalation meetings with suppliers to drive progress.
• Oversee distribution and resolution of Complaint Reports and 8D reports.
• Maintain supplier and Quality databases for collaboration.
• Contribute ideas to develop Supply Chain Quality Management.
• Possibility of an international placement within the BMW Group.
