Job summary

AXA is seeking a Field Network Engineer to deliver onsite and remote technical support across the South East, including London and surrounding areas. You will install and support network devices, PCs and servers, perform pre-staging and site surveys, and assist with customer adds, moves and changes to keep systems in service.

This role combines field work with remote troubleshooting, requires a full UK driving licence and residence in the region, and offers a salary dependent on experience plus

Qualifications

• Experience using Cisco, Draytek, Zyxel, Netgear routers.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba and HP switches.
• 1st/2nd line Server/PC hardware break fix support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within the network and PC/Server field engineering services to high profile customers.
• A flexible approach to work and prepared 'go the extra mile' to exceed customer expectations.
• Applies knowledge and skills through handling problems beyond own area of expert.
