Job summary

Rubix in the UK is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to ensure accurate identification of products on customer premises that desktop processes cannot identify. The role involves travel, nights away from home and occasional remote work where required, focusing on identifying MRO components, tools, PPE and general maintenance items and uploading correct IDs to Rubix databases.

Qualifications

• Identify MRO components, tools, general maintenance items and PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Professional customer-facing demeanor and ambassador for Rubix.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify 75 items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, uploading correct IDs to Rubix databases.
• Cost and code products that require identification.
• Support new customer site implementations to meet scope.
• Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects.
