Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on accurately identifying products on customer premises and uploading references to Rubix databases, with emphasis on MRO parts, tools, PPE and general maintenance items.

The position requires travel, overnight stays and occasional remote work; you will work to tight deadlines, maintain high accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new site implementations and

Qualifications

• Identify MRO components, tools and PPE with accuracy.
• Upload identifications to Rubix databases with correct references.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify at least 75 items per day and upload with correct IDs.
• Cost and code products requiring identification.
• Support new customer site implementations to meet scope.
• Support additional projects as requested by Head of Mobilisation.
