Job summary

Rubix is seeking a dynamic Mobilisation Specialist to join our team. This mobile role involves identifying unidentifiable products on customer premises using MRO knowledge, tools, and PPE, with a focus on accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.

The position requires frequent travel with nights away from home and some remote work where required. You will upload identifications to Rubix databases and support new customer site implementations under the Head of Mobilisation.

Qualifications

• Identify specific MRO components, Tools and PPE in customer environments.
• Demonstrate professional customer-facing conduct and ambassadorial approach.
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain strong process skills and accurate, timely data uploads.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned work within defined deadlines.
• Identify and document at least 75 items per day (MRO components, tools, PPE).
• Cost and code products requiring identification.
• Support new customer site implementations per agreed scope.
• Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects.
