Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to identify MRO components, tools, PPE and general maintenance items on customer premises. The role requires extensive travel, nights away from home, and some remote work where required.

You will upload identifications to Rubix databases, support new site launches, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Ideal candidates will be able to handle high-volume identification tasks, maintain accuracy under deadlines, and

Qualifications

• Identify specific MRO components, tools and PPE.
• Demonstrate professional customer-facing manner.
• Work collaboratively across functions.
• Manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Maintain high accuracy and timeline adherence.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document at least 75 items per day.
• Upload items onto Rubix databases with correct IDs.
• Cost and code products needing identification.
• Support new customer site implementations as required.
• Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects.
