Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist in the United Kingdom to identify products on customer premises that are not identifiable through desktop processes. The role is permanent, full-time, and involves travel and occasional overnight stays.

You will work to tight deadlines with a focus on accuracy and the identification of MRO components, tools, maintenance items, and PPE. You will be responsible for completing planned work on time, uploading correct IDs to Rubix databases, and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience identifying MRO components, tools and PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Completion of planned work within time defined deadlines.
• Identification of at least 75 items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, whilst accurately uploading onto Rubix databases with their correct unique identification references
• Cost and code products that require identification
• Support new customer site implementations where required to complete agreed scope of work
• Support any additional project when requested by Head of Mobilisation
