Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist to accurately identify products on customer premises and upload them to Rubix databases with correct identifiers. You will work to tight deadlines, ensuring high data quality across MRO parts, tools, PPE and maintenance items.

The role involves travel, frequent overnight stays, and some remote work where required. A professional, customer-facing approach and strong collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this mobile, cross-functional role.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify specific MRO components, tools, maintenance items and PPE.
• Professional customer-facing manner and ambassadorial attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional structure.
• Strong process skills and attention to detail to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document at least 75 items per day with correct references.
• Upload data onto Rubix databases with accurate identifications.
• Cost and code products requiring identification.
• Support new customer site implementations per agreed scope.
• Assist Head of Mobilisation with additional projects when needed.
