Job summary

Rubix is seeking a Mobilisation Specialist in the United Kingdom to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on accurate product identification on customer premises, reporting to the Head of Mobilisation.

You will meet tight deadlines, travel frequently, and work to ensure precise uploads into Rubix databases with correct references. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of MRO parts, tools, PPE, and general maintenance items, plus strong collaboration skills and attention to detail to drive

Qualifications

Ability to identify Specific MRO components, Tools and General Maintenance items and PPE.
Strong customer-facing manner and ambassadorial presence.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a cross-functional structure.
Excellent attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Completion of planned work within time defined deadlines.
Identify at least 75 items per day of MRO components, tools and general maintenance items, and PPE, with correct identification references uploaded to Rubix databases.
Cost and code products that require identification.
Support new customer site implementations to complete the agreed scope of work.
Support any additional project as requested by Head of Mobilisation.
