Job summary

Intertek Group is seeking a Field Logistics Coordinator to support the Equipment and Cylinders Coordinator in maintaining and certifying the rental fleet for offshore deployment. You will prioritise Intertek-owned assets and oversee rentals from approved subcontractors when internal availability is limited.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication at all levels.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Hands-on, flexible approach with continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience producing and reviewing reports for internal and client deliveries.
• High level of IT proficiency including MS Office and accurate data entry.
• Organised, methodical and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise the rental fleet in line with methods, certs and client needs.
• Register jobs in systems and maintain schedules for maintenance, repairs and calibrations.
• Ensure certification compliance with records maintained.
• Coordinate with procurement and billing on POs and invoicing.
• Ensure end-to-end client requests integration through billing in the LIMS system.
• Support development and maintenance of client reports and system housekeeping key docs.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and best practice improvement.
• Support income forecasting against budget targets.
• Prepare initial quotes and assist multi-service quotations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services where appropriate.
