Job summary

Intertek in Aberdeen is seeking a Field Logistics Coordinator to join the Field Services team, coordinating equipment, cylinders and consumables, keeping the rental fleet maintained, certified and ready for offshore deployment.

You will manage internal scheduling, liaise with procurement and billing, and deliver accurate client reports while upholding safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise the rental fleet in line with certification requirements and client needs
• Register jobs in company systems and maintain schedules for maintenance, repairs and calibrations
• Ensure all rental cylinders and equipment comply with mandatory certification, with records maintained accordingly
• Coordinate with procurement and billing teams to manage POs and invoicing
• Ensure end‑to‑end integration of client requests through to billing within the LIMS system
• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of client reports and system housekeeping (planners, trackers, dashboards, training and document records)
• Deliver high standards of customer service, acting as a positive company representative and driving continuous improvement
• Support commercial performance through income forecasting against budget targets
• Prepare initial quotes and support integrated, multi‑service quotations where required
• Identify opportunities to add value and upsell services where appropriate
