• Proven track record in winning new lift service and maintenance contracts.
• Ability to build and manage a robust prospect pipeline.
• Consultative, relationship-led selling with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline.
• Target decision-makers across property management, facilities, building ownership and main contractors.
• Lead and complete tender submissions and commercial reviews.
