Liftec Express is seeking a results-driven Field-based New Business Sales Executive to grow the lift maintenance portfolio across the Andover, Bath, Southampton, Swindon and Reading patch.

You will source and convert new maintenance contracts, build a robust pipeline and work with operations to deliver on commitments. Expect a competitive base plus uncapped commission and car allowance, with clear career progression as we scale.

Qualifications

• Experience selling lift service and maintenance contracts.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and build trust with customers.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline and drive new business.
• Target decision-makers across property management, facilities, building owners and contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through to signed contract.
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings to tailor solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions for tender opportunities.
• Lead and complete tender submissions with full commercial review.
• Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements and renewals.
• Keep CRM pipeline and forecasting accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handover after winning business.
