Job summary

Liftec Express, a leading independent lift and escalator specialist, is expanding its sales team and seeks a genuine new business hunter to build its lift maintenance portfolio across the Kent & Sussex territory.

The role offers £50,000–£65,000 basic DOE plus £10,000–£15,000 OTE, uncapped, with car allowance and monthly mileage reimbursement. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline.
• Target decision-makers across property management, facilities, building owners and main contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through to signed contract.
