Liftec Express, an independent lift and escalator specialist, is expanding its sales team in the Kent & Sussex region. This is a pure new business hunter role to win lift maintenance contracts and build long-term client relationships.

You’ll manage your own pipeline, engage property managers and main contractors, and present compelling tenders and proposals to secure three-year to multi-year contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of winning new B2B lift service contracts.
• Experience selling maintenance services and long-term contracts.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline-building and closing skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline.
• Target decision-makers across property management and main contractors.
• Lead opportunities from first contact to signed contract.
• Conduct site visits and consultative meetings.
• Prepare proposals and commercial submissions.
• Lead tender submissions and negotiate long-term maintenance agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecast.
