Job summary

Liftec Express is expanding its sales team to win new lift maintenance contracts across a defined UK territory, including Andover, Bath, Southampton, Swindon and Reading. The role targets new business within the lift sector, offering a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission and a car allowance.

You’ll work with an experienced team to secure long-term contracts and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling lift service and maintenance contracts to B2B buyers.
• Ability to build and manage a prospect pipeline in a field sales role.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and tender experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline across the defined territory.
• Target decision-makers in property management, facilities, building ownership and main contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through to signed contracts.
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings.
• Prepare proposals and commercial submissions.
• Lead tender submissions and conduct commercial reviews.
